Great question, and to be totally honest, it’s the best (worst) answer of all time, lol… it truly depends… Our next step is always to hop on a call or meet in-person for a quick ‘get to know ya’ chat where we can dig in a little deeper on what the big goal is, what kind of things have worked for you in the past, what hasn’t worked so well… we’ll talk more about training history, injury history, schedule, budget, etc., etc. and from there we’ll be able to come up with a custom gameplan that fits YOU, YOUR goals, and YOUR unique situation.
